Shipping Policy

What You Need to Know

We ship your order in maximum 2 working days. Delivery time depends on the shippping method: Free Economy, Standard and Expedited. We ship via USPS, Fedex, DHL, Amazon Fulfillment Centers and FedEx + USPS (2 legs).

 

 Shipping methods depend mainly on the place the product is stored. 2 Legs shipments are mainly used for Free Economy Shipping Option in order to reduce shipping costs. Tracking is available for all orders. Tracking number for 2 Legs Shipment is available when the item reaches the second Carrier.

Orders received are processed on business days at 7 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Transit times informed to you at checkout DOES NOT include the order date if the order is placed after 7 AM EST.

Transit times are always counted as working days and not as calendar days.

Returns

How It Works

If any item that you receive is defective or does not match the one you ordered you can return it to us free of any charge. Before returning you must contact us with a brief explanation regarding the item you want to return in order to get a return authorization.

Defective items or mis shipments will be replaced at our expenses. If a replacement is not possible we will issue a full refund to you (Product + Shipping).

Returns of non-defective items are accepted as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was received, that is, factory sealed and therefore in a condition to be resold. Returns of opened and/or used products are not accepted.

For non-defective items returns, the shipping costs paid by the customer when placing the order is not refundable if the order was delivered within the transit times (Please check our Shipping Policy Section for complete info on transit times calculation).

We will be offering 1 lifetime free return for non-defective items. Costs for additional returns must be borne by the customer.​

For returns covered by our free returns policy, we send you a shipping label so you can stick it on the box and deliver it to any USPS location.

At this time, we do not offer home pick-up for returns. Packages must be delivered at any USPS Location.

Our Policy

You are protected when purchasing products sold and shipped on our website. The guarantee covers both on-time delivery and the condition of the products. You apply for the warranty and our team determines if your case qualifies for a refund.
